Job Summary

A trucking and haulage company is looking for a responsible office Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to a manager’s working life and communication.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Fielding telephone calls, answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls and email enquires as required
  • Filing/Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
  • General customer service
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administrative support to Sales Reps, and Senior Management 
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Winning and maintaining customer loyalty
  • After-sales customer engagement
  • Booking customer maintenance appointment
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system


Job Requirement:

  • 2 years of experience
  • BSc or HND level of education
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Remuneration:  70k for a start


Location: Igbo-Efon Lekki
