Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and entering data as needed.
- Preparing presentations & reports
- Supporting operations within the company HR, Marketing, content e.t.c
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, deadlines, and project timelines.
- Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring that all vendor contracts are up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant in an office setting
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proven experience as officer admin associate , agent or relevant position
