Job Summary
The NEBOSH Facilitator is responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing NEBOSH-accredited courses and other occupational health, safety, and environmental training programs. The trainer ensures participants gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to apply best practices in workplace health and safety, in compliance with NEBOSH standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), National Diploma, and other accredited courses.
- Deliver engaging classroom, online, and practical training sessions to learners.
- Adapt training materials to meet diverse learning needs and industry sectors.
- Conduct assessments, exams, and evaluations as per NEBOSH standards.
- Update and customize training content to reflect current legislation, best practices, and NEBOSH syllabus updates.
- Ensure compliance with NEBOSH accreditation requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learner progress reports.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and feedback to learners throughout their training.
- Support learners with exam preparation, practical assessments, and workplace application of safety principles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on training activities and learner outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training processes and resources.
- Keep up to date with NEBOSH curriculum changes, health and safety legislation, and industry trends.
- Maintain professional certifications and participate in ongoing development activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
