Job Summary

He/She should have an understanding of Nigeria's FMCG market. Must have strong confidence to persuade a new customer, distributor or importer. The candidate should be experienced in field sales and has a strong channel of importer and distributor related to our company's industry (Oral Care, Confectionery, Food, Beverages, and Sanitary). Also, the job holder should have a good understanding of the distribution and the market.

  • Minimum Qualification:Diploma
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Find new potential buyers (importer or distributor).
  • Identify opportunities in order to develop and grow sales.
  • Willing to do domestic traveling (field and canvassing market).
  • Identify and analyze the market in order to develop the business in Ghana.
  • Market survey to give insight to the principal.


Requirements:

  • English proficiency is a must
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experienced in field / canvassing sales.
  • Preferably has experience in the same industry.
  • Preferably have a channel of importer and distributor in the same industry (Oral Care, Confectionery, Food, Beverages, and Sanitary).
  • Preferably has own vehicle.
  • Know about import procedures and regulations.
