Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Nigerian and local dishes.
- Plan menus, manage inventory, and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards for all meals.
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants when required.
- Collaborate with management to improve kitchen efficiency.
Requirements:
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience in Nigerian cuisine.
- 1 year proven experience as a l Chef or Cook In Nigerian dishes.
- Strong knowledge of local dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
