Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Elementary Teacher (6 - 12 years) to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive salary. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of children aged 6-12
- Create a welcoming and safe learning environment that promotes independent learning and exploration
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, management and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND
- Good Communication skills
