Job Summary
The Black Olive Bistro is looking to hire an experience Mixologist who is conversant with numerous cocktail, mocktail, and juice recipes. The restaurant is open 7 days a week. As such, applicants must be willing to work on some Sundays.

Job Description/Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Speed and efficiency in drink preparation
- Knowledge of how to plan and prepare a bar menu and drink recipes
- Knowledge of preparing and handling both alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks
- A good memory to keep track of customers' orders
- Excellent bar organization skills
- Ability to manage drink ingredients and keep costs at a minimum
