We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandizer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by effectively merchandising and managing products on the sales floor.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stock rotation and facing
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with company standards
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure effective product assortment and inventory management
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or a related field
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and accuracy with inventory management
- OND, HND, BSC. in Marketing or related field preferred
