Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Utilize solid works and ANYS to design and develop mechanical components and systems.
- Generate detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings for prototyping and manufacturing.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to evaluate design performance and optimize for structural integrity, thermal management, and fluid flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish design objectives, and ensure alignment with technical specifications and performance criteria.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, test results, and analysis to achieve optimal solutions.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to support prototype builds, resolve design issues, and facilitate the transition from design to production.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical design, Solidworks, and ANYS.
Requirements:
- 3 years of cognate experience in the field
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
