Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Client Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and specific needs before administering massage therapy.
  
• Massage Techniques: Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and specialty treatments based on client preferences and requirements.
• Personalized Treatments: Develop customized treatment plans to address clients’ specific issues such as muscle tension, stress, and chronic pain.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their concerns and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment, including proper sanitation of massage equipment and linens.
• Product Knowledge: Recommend and utilize appropriate massage oils, lotions, and other products to enhance the effectiveness of treatments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client treatments and progress.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest massage techniques, industry trends, and continuing education to offer the best possible care.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and calming atmosphere for clients.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other spa/clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Minimum of SSCE

Location: Ibadan

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 (Negotiable)
