Job Description/Requirements

  • Marketing and sales of all available products as well as services to existing and potential consumers.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the overall marketing strategies.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the brand. Enhance contribution to the company’s presence online and offline by following and sharing our social media handles and other posts.
  • Monitor the activities of competition, related companies, agencies, and all major industry players for better strategic planning and decision making.
  • Establish and maintain seamless customer relationship and information management.
  • Generate, analyze and convert leads into sales.
  • Create, collate, update, and maintain client databases.
  • Collate and manage long and short term plans for customer sourcing and retention
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive research, price surveys, and competitive analysis in response to market trends as it relates to maintaining our dominance in the marketplace.
  • Ensure monthly targets are met.
  • Implementing new sales plans, advertising and general visibility of Copen in the area.
  • Generate and Follow up with customers on their outstanding Mortgage documentation, including outstanding payment for property bought.
  • To be involved in the monitoring of construction work at the sites, supervision, snagging and handover of the finished building.
  • Risk Identification; Reporting, Assessment, and Management by the implementation of advised risk mitigants.
  • Weekly Reporting of Sales in line with targets, and
  • Any other task(s) as may be assigned from time to time.

  • Must have strong leadership skill.
  • A Team Player, must possess the ability to coordinate personnel activities towards the achievement of set targets.
  • Knowledgeable about the office and general administration.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must have a hunger to learn and teach others.
  • Must be computer literate in the use of Microsoft office.
  • Customer Centric
  • Must be disciplined, goal-oriented, self-motivated and self-driven.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer characters.
  • Must have worked in a structured environment.



  • B.SC, HND from a recognized Higher Institution.
  • Not more than 35 years of age.
