Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and social media pages promotions for growth
  • Conduct relevant research on products and services, generate leads and close on new business relationships
  • Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to make strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Benchmark, measure, and analyze results of online and offline marketing initiatives
  • Review campaigns and analyze data to determine ROI from marketing initiatives and recommend changes if needed
  • Create marketing content for social media purposes e.g. video briefs, blog posts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • MBA or postgraduate degree an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
  • Strategic thinker, creative, strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and analytic skills
  • Ability to translate brand and marketing strategies into simple initiatives that can resonate with customers and donors
  • Experience with social media marketing and basic graphic design
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Understanding of target audience and how to reach them
  • Experience with website analytic tools, Microsoft office, PowerPoint, and Word
