Job Summary

We need an enthusiastic Marketing officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be required to stimulate and capture interest in Lotus Beta Analytics products/services/solutions for the purpose of developing a sales pipeline which leads to final sales. Generate new net contacts and convert same to leads / opportunity for conversion to final sales by the sales team. Review company’s website and update regularly. demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales and maintain strong customer relations.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Generate net new contacts 
  • Manage, nurture, and convert contacts into leads / opportunities
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate lead/ opportunities
  • Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements.
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about Lotus Beta Analytics value proposition to potential customers.
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date, and accurate Marketing information and activity reports in CRM system.
  • Review the company’s website and update regularly.
  • Write contents on all the company social media handles.

Core skills.
Required Experience:
  • 2-4 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation, sales, and marketing management
  • Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in IT sector and can develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proficient in managing the leads / Opportunity pipeline.
  • Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
  • Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

• Excellent presentation, networking, and negotiation skills. 
• Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude. 
• Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets. 
• Competent social media and IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and social networking tools. 
• Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize, as necessary. 
• Excellent communication, especially in speaking, listening, and writing skills.
• An honors degree in a relevant discipline.
