Managing and coordinating marketing/ Brand building activities and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies. Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
- monitoring and analysing market trends
- studying competitors' products and services
- exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive Traffic for products
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Technical Skill
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
- Must have proven record of having nurtured and built successful brands in his previous roles.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively

- Knowledge of the Advertising terrain and major players in the Advertising industry
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
SITUATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Ready to work in the office and offsite locations.
- Should have flexible working time and willing to work odd hours when required.
- Would be required to periodically undertake trips to the market to evaluate performance products and brands.

FMCG organization.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- First degree or its equivalent. An MBA in Marketing would be an advantage
