Developing and manage the marketing department's budget. Managing the marketing department's staff. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, insurance, business administration, or related discipline.
  • Post Graduate Diploma, MSc & MBA degree in relevant field will be an advantage.
  • Previous HMO experience
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and organizational abilities.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
