Job Summary
Our Client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The role is responsible for the development and implementation of the spa and salon marketing strategies to drive business, initiatives, positioning, and promotion. The person is responsible for building partnerships, executing promotion campaigns and yearly activation plans, and ensuring a close and effective alignment of marketing activities with colleagues in operations, PR, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver business results and achieve budgets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Social Media: coordinating with the social media team and getting the best results from digital marketing.
- Campaign Management and CRM: Manage the creation and execution of spa services aligned with the marketing strategy, and create monthly and annual marketing campaign calendars with the goal of maximizing KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact.
- Plays an active role in the formation of CRM, Spa e-Newsletters initiatives, and acquisition of the database.
- Analyze the business, identity, and segment guests to support the strategy for loyalty programs and memberships.
- Spa & Wellness Marketing Communication: Oversee the marketing communications activities which support the spa business activities.
- Responsible for the implementation, design, and production of wellness marketing collaterals, materials, newsletters, etc. to meet business needs.
- Provide support and guidance on marketing communication for corporate wellness initiatives.
- Analytics: Track, report and improve upon actual performance metrics of all marketing initiatives to realize areas of improvement in the marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in marketing communications in the hospitality or travel industry.

- Proven ability to collaborate with partners, experience in building and managing relationships
- Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of best practices in social media and e-marketing tools and channels.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive prioritization within a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, able to work independently coordinate with a team, and adapt well under pressure.
