Ourtown Limited, a fashion e-retail store, is currently looking for a result-oriented Head of Marketing to manage its marketing operations. We require an individual that will be able to promote profitability, manage team members, and contribute to our business sustainability goals.
- Minimum Qualification:Degree
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Develop strategies for the Marketing Department and oversee the implementation of the strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the senior management team to prepare and manage marketing budgets for the company
- Ensure brand communication is consistent and efficiently propagated across various traditional marketing channels and events
- Carry out consumer behavior analysis to determine customer personas
- Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns for increased/improved brand awareness
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the Company's marketing activities and Department.
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc. or MSc. in Marketing or other relevant fields
- 2 - 3 years experience working as a marketing personnel
- Solid analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Good knowledge of and ability to use computer applications/packages like Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
