Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that best suits them.
- Initiate intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices and other related matters while ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Assist in handling company social media accounts for the purpose of marketing and creating awareness.
- Organize advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Write copy for the company's diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, e-mail marketing, etc.)
- Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit weekly and monthly reports of performance
- Develop a network with marketing-qualified leads
- Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and its best practices.
- Make sales on available company products.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Proven post-nysc experience.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Visible passion for sales
- Knowledge of modern marketing skills.
Salary is negotiable with 2 options: In-house marketing or Freelance marketing.
Successful candidates will commence in-house training immediately in addition to staff onboarding procedures which may be live-in for a maximum of 2 days to be communicated.
