Job Description/Requirements

  •  As a Global Marketing Executive you will have to deal with multiple aspects of Marketing; in fact a jack of all trades. It is important is that you work very structured and is able to manage our website (from a Product Owner perspective) and all which is related to that (SEO, SEA, etc.).
  • Leadership qualities are something that would be nice, but we can develop that as well. Our 2 other Marketing Executives, based in the Netherlands, are currently focussing on Content creation, Social Media, Graphical & Digital creation. The other new Marketing Executive will be hired in Nigeria as well and will be more focused on working for Zwart Talent Foundation (NGO). It is important is to find the right mix of tasks, where each other's strongest qualities are best matched.
  • You are based and allowed to work in Nigeria. It is a great plus that you have worked before or are working in the ICT or Staffing & Recruitment industry. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director, who is based in the Netherlands.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.

  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.

  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

  • Promotional activities.

  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.

  • Writing and proofreading creative copy.

  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.

  • Organising events and webinars.

  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture.

  • Monitoring performance.

  • Managing campaigns on social media.

  • Public Relations.

What we are looking for:

  • You are based and are allowed to work in Nigeria Within Zwarttech we all work remotely.

  • You are bilingual (English AND French or German or Spanish).

  • You have Marketing experiences in the ICT and/or Recruitment & Staffing industry.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of Marketing experience in B2B and preferably in B2C as well.

  • Up to date on all relevant media and innovation that could be beneficial to our brand.

  • Strong skills in visual presentations and content creation.

  • Structured in your work approach and results.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign / Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.

  • Knowledge of Adwords, Ads, Socials, SEO, email newsletters.

  • Eager to be part of a global team and being proactive.

  • You can work 44hrs a week.
