Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The role requires full circle sales from planning, probing, following up, and closing sales
  • Develop leads and convert leads into sales to grow our business
  • Register our company as a vendor to oil & Gas companies including IOCs, construction companies, and any other sector of the economy that requires our services.
  • Planning and preparing business presentations (say hello to PowerPoint)
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Promote, publicize and advertise our products and services and ensure that our target audience becomes aware of the organization.
  • Identify our targets audience, write business proposals and follow up till it closes out
  • Development of marketing literature
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization and close out deals.
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.
  • Developing and implementing marking Planning.
  • Attend exhibitions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Use the Linkedin platform to reach out to potential customers and decision-makers in an organization, sort for new business leads, submit proposals and follow up till it closes out.
  • Market our product and services to corporate organizations and individuals including NYSC corps members and higher institution students to close out deals.
  • Generate new business leads and drive sales using digital marketing, social media marketing, and offline (conventional) marketing methods
  • Effectively distribute our product and services posters, flyers, profiles, catalogs, and brochures in both soft and hard copies.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors' activities, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Devises brand strategy to position the company as a leader in our industry.
  • Meet and exceed targets as may be assigned by the management
  • Writing reports to the management and providing them with feedback


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a first degree (BSc/HND in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline)
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a marketer or salesperson
  • Excellent writer and speaker, able to take complex ideas and explain them in plain language
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills,
  • Experienced in the use of social media
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
