Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote luxury apartments in the prestigious Maitama district of Abuja.
  • Design targeted campaigns that highlight the unique features of the serviced apartments, such as privacy, sophisticated design, and world-class amenities.
  • Enhance brand presence and reputation by positioning the apartments as the top choice for luxury living in Abuja.
  • Develop initiatives to improve visibility and attract high-net-worth individuals seeking luxury accommodations.
  • Attract and retain elite clientele, leveraging established networks and relationships with affluent clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
  • Contribute insights to help shape and fine-tune the sales approach for high-end clients.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that resonate with an exclusive audience.
  • Focus on driving long-term bookings and high-value guest stays.
  • Operate independently as an external contractor, managing your own time and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize flexibility to maximize client outreach and engagement while delivering successful outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Over 4 years of proven experience in luxury marketing, specifically promoting high-end products or services.
  • Established clientele and strong connections with affluent individuals and high-net-worth clients.
  • Expertise in luxury brand building, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the desires and expectations of a discerning, upscale clientele.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting elite customers.
  • Excellent networking abilities, with a well-established network of affluent clients.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to translate marketing efforts into direct business results.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own time effectively, and deliver results without supervision.
  • Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks independently.
  • Willingness to operate as an independent contractor with a commission-based compensation model.
  • Ability to maximize earnings by attracting long-term, high-value clients, with compensation tied to the number and duration of stays booked.
