Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing and cross-selling of products and services
- Maintain good customer relationship management
- Respond to customer’s enquiry on the activities of the business line
- Act as point of contact for customers
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Report and resolve problems and complaints in a timely manner
- Identify new potential customers
Requirements:
- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
- Minimum academic qualification of either NCE or OND, HND Degree
- The candidate should be highly driven, motivated, smart, result-oriented, goal-getter, and hardworking.
- A team player with customer’s oriented approach
- Good relationship management skills are needed to thrive in this position.
Remuneration:NGN 50,000 - 70,000 (negotiable) monthly (entry)
Commission: 6 - 12%
