The candidate’s job responsibilities will include:
Developing programmes to increase occupancy, Food and Beverages Sales, Hall Hire, Outdoor Catering, Use of Leisure facilities all with a view to growing the hotel’s revenues.
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
Direct marketing of corporate and individual prospects for conversion to clients.
Any other marketing roles that may be assigned to him from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
A first degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper in any of the business-related courses, with special preference for Marketing.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing role.
The ability to sell products and services.
Good command of spoken and written English language.
Strong customer service skills.
Business intuition and management skills.
A strong ambition and a desire to meet set targets and succeed.
