Job Summary

We are looking for a flexible and versatile marketing personnel who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Job Description/Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATION: 

GROW AND EXPAND THE REALTORS SYSTEM (NETWORK): 

  • Recruitment
  • Training report
  • First timers class report
  • Registration report
  • Organization conferences, special training, and customers summit
  • Setting targets for realtors 
  • Updating realtors on sales development
  • Helping realtors close sales
  • Supervising site inspection for realtors

REGIONAL BRANCH PLANTING ACROSS NIGERIA:

  • Searching for offices 
  • Work with admin to recruit team head for each region and ensure the region is growing
  • Ensure the pro investors system is very productive

SETTING SALES TARGET FOR ALL REGIONAL CEO:

  • Achieving sales result 
  • Setting sales target for all regional CEO
  • Setting sales target for all sales team head
  • Strategizing promo for the month
  • Marketing communication for each product
  • Sending proposal through regional CEO’s for bulk land and apartment
  • Ensure supervision of sales with the group 
  • Evaluation of team head and performance appraisal
  • Building a solid drive and motivation system for all regional CEO’S,  Directors, Realtors, and telesales 

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Must be a degree holder 
  • Must have passion for Real Estate
  • Must be a goal getter
  • Must be willing and able to drive sales
  • Must be willing and able to grow the network (Proinvestors)
  • Must ensure all Region meet up with their sales target
  • Must be able to work under pressure
