Job Description/Requirements
The Marketing Communications Associate works closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute strategic marketing and communications efforts across all consumer-facing and internal media channels.
This role focuses on brand and digital communications, sponsorship and partnership administration, and content strategy with a view to effectively engage our target audience in print, websites, emails, and social media in line with our brand’s guidelines.
The ideal candidate is experienced and knowledgeable in PR and media relations, and able to create the right content (visual and written) for the right medium to support ART X Collective’s objectives.
They must be excited about and keep abreast of digital trends for managing brands and how they can be applied to deliver high ROI. This candidate should be strongly visually-oriented, with a good eye for producing outstanding content. A keen interest in creative industries would also put them at an advantage.

Position Responsibilities:
Produce compelling, creative content for print, web, emails, and social media in line with the brand’s guidelines.
Oversee PR campaigns in a wide range of local and international media, including print, online, tv, and radio.
Manage sponsor and partner administration and deliverables to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
Coordinate content creators including writers, videographers, photographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.
Work closely with galleries, artists, partners and ART X Collective staff on media inquiries including interview requests, image permissions, key image selection for exhibitions, and specialized press requests, etc.
Track KPIs and compile and analyze them to submit reports on the performance of all marketing channels/initiatives.
Research, recommend and develop new approaches to meeting marketing communications needs.
Track and manage all marketing projects and document project updates.
Supervise the live content media room during ART X Lagos fair week.
Manage brand-owned communications platforms including the company website.
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
Work with the Head of Marketing to develop marketing strategy and execution plans.
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing.
