The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Define marketing strategies to impact sales objectives.
- Strategically analyse the market/competitors, monitoring the market share, identifying trends and possible opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate marketing events.
- Develop marketing activities like sales campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years experience in a Marketing/Business Development Role.
- Experience in FMCG sales, B2B sales
- Must be target driven.
- Good command of English both writing and verbal
- Strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Strong project management, organizational, time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Must be passionate about sales.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Established press and media presence.
