The M&S Manager is there to determine the correct strategies to achieve business goals, and to design plans to execute them. They also ensure appropriate communication with all parties.

Job Description

The MS Manager is primarily concerned with generating growth both in clientele and in capacity of the business. Success in this role is continuous improvement to meet customer needs and measurable progress towards business goals. The MS Manager is the driving factor for growth, improvement and a targeted business model.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Including but not limited to:

n  Strategy – create strategic plans to meet specific goals and implement/manage the plan until  achievement

n  Clientele Growth – active recruitment of new clients through marketing of business offerings and advantages

n  Business Improvement – constantly review the business processes to look for areas of improvement with respect to efficiency, growth and opportunities

n  Communication – determine the best model to communicate with clients and the general public, considering media channels, schedule and content

n  Advertising – use appropriate outlets to communicate relevant information in a manner to have high impact/visibility on a particular business offering or promotion

Experience and Personality Requirements

n  3+ years active professional experience in sales or marketing

n  Creative and problem-solving skills, strong writing skills, critical thinking

n  Personable and confident, self-driven and motivated, results oriented

Minimum Education Requirements

n  Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Admin, Marketing or Mass Communication

n Certification and evidence of ongoing professional development valued

Salary and Compensation

This role is a commission based role. There is a base pay of N40,000 per month and the commission is a percentage of business revenue. This commission is estimated to be N60,000 per month. Good performance will see a take home amount of roughly N100,000 monthly, with the chance for bonuses. This structure is not negotiable.
