Job Summary

We are a Nigerian company whose parent company and corporate offices are in the United States, and is seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to support both local and corporate operations.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities include:
General administrative responsibilities
  • Drafting letters and documents
  • Collecting, organizing, and assessing data
  • Filing and organizing files and electronic documents
  • Running errands, managing supplies, working with vendors, etc.


  • Identifying vendors, researching pricing, etc.
  • Business related research

Marketing/Sales Support

  • Researching customers & prices
  • Aid in digital & social media marketing
  • Monitor Google results
  • Monitor website
  • Customer outreach & follow up
This position will require working from home in the beginning.  Candidates must have quiet space to work from, a phone and a computer.  The company will cover phone usage and data costs.

Flexible hours: 
  • Will support U.S. based operations, which means working to U.S. time zones (5 - 6 hours behind) - this will mean working into the evenings
  • Long hours and weekends should be expected
  • OND/ HND qualification in Marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing
  • Organized, proficient in managing documents, databases
  • Strong computer skills:  proficiency in Word and Excel among others
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital & social media marketing, google analytics, and website maintenance
  • Exceptional file, record keeping, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative, innovative, and resourceful

Salary range: NGN 120,000 -180,000
