To market the Bank’s savings products in order to establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers located in the target market. Key deliverables will be customer acquisition, business volume, and revenue growth rates.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To Market products and services to customers and prospects savings mobilization
- To identify/establish new customer relationships.
- Pay regular visits and make calls to prospective customers with a view to establishing good relationships with them.
- Effective customer care/communication.
- To identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products and services to meet their anticipated needs.
- Ability to sell the bank retail products and services.
- To be able to implement efficient and effective customer acquisition strategies.
- Assist in preparing Management reports.
- Identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their business.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSC results in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 progressive experiences as a retail banker, sales executive, marketer in a Microfinance Bank, Cooperative society, or commercial bank.
- Excellent client relationship, development management.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Computer appreciation / data entry (word-processing/spreadsheet/graphics).
- Must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Key Performance Indicators;
- Customer acquisition growth rate
- Business volume growth rate; deposits, loans, fees.
- Revenue growth.
- Quality of daily call report.
- Customer satisfaction levels via a number of referrals given, customer survey ratings, and other feedback.
- Product sign-on rate.
- Daily cash collection.
Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 100,000 / Month excluding performance bonuses
