Market Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities and develop corresponding market development plans.
• Develop and maintain potential customers and partnerships to promote business expansion.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics.
• Set sales targets and budgets and monitor the team's execution.
• Report on market development progress and make suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, or related majors are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of market development or sales management experience, with relevant industry backgrounds preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with market research tools and data analysis methods.
• Strong results-oriented and strategic thinking ability.
