Managing Director

Responsibilities:

Strategic and Business Planning

•  Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for manufacturing and operations aligned with the company's overall vision, goals, and mission.
• Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives, adapting to market dynamics and competitive pressures to ensure long-term success.

Performance Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations including finance, human resources, sales and marketing, manufacturing operations, information technology, supply chain management, and other functions.
• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance & financial metrics. 

Financial Management & Regulatory Compliance:

• Manage financial resources, budgets, and investments to optimize resource allocation, ensuring compliance with legal, and regulatory standards.
• Lead crisis management and risk mitigation initiatives, by identifying and addressing threats to the organization's reputation, financial stability, and operational continuity.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain critical relationships with stakeholders comprising investors, board members, partners, customers, employees, and the community.

Requirements:

• Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership and strategic planning
• Experience in Financial Management and Business Development
• Excellent Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is absolutely critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or MSc
