Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate properties, including client relations, maintenance, and property inspections.
- Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and zoning laws.
- Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and oversee property expenses.
- Monitor real estate market trends to advise on potential acquisitions, sales, or property developments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate portfolio, attracting prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to understand real estate trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that support revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate management, with a strong understanding of property management practices.
- Demonstrated success in marketing management, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
