We are looking for a business development Manager to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue growth. The individual will help in researching and identifying new business opportunities

- Presentation of various company’s products
- Manage clients’ relationships.
- Initiate and promote an aggressive marketing campaign
- Participate in the development and implementation of an effective marketing plan
- Identify and develop a market penetration strategy.
- Negotiate benefits packages with prospective clients.
- Promote the company as a brand of choice.
- Grow and sustain the market share of the company.
- Participate in benefit package development.
- Participate in product promotional programmes.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/B.SC in any field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in the financial sector.
- Minimum of 3 years’ Senior Management position in an HMO company could be advantage.
- Must be able to drive sales nation-wide.
- Good mentoring & motivational skills.
- Proven ability to grow revenue.
- Pharmacist with HMO experience as an advantage
Remuneration Range:NGN 2 Million – 3.4 Million. This includes fixed pay, commission, and performance bonus.
The remuneration will be based on experience, qualifications, and expected deliverables.
