Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

Operational Management (30%)

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Staff Management and Development (25%)

• Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, estheticians, and front desk personnel.
• Create staff schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Implement ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge of new treatments and technologies.=
  

Customer Service and Client Relations (20%)

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service across all spa interactions.
• Handle complex client inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  

Financial Management (15%)

• Manage the spa's budget, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Develop pricing strategies for services and products to remain competitive while ensuring profitability.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
  

Marketing and Business Development (10%)

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.
• Identify opportunities for new services, products, or partnerships to drive business growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent the spa at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• An advanced degree or spa management certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of spa operations, beauty treatments, and wellness industry trends.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
