Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and update menu offerings.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
