Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and report any faults or malfunctions.
- Ensure materials are loaded correctly and finished products meet quality standards.
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of production equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts (if required)
