Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operating tractors, combines, plows, harvesters, and other farming machinery for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Routine Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks, such as oil changes, lubrication, and part replacements, to ensure machinery functions properly.
- Field Preparation: Preparing fields for planting by operating equipment to till, seed, and fertilize soil.
- Harvesting: Using machinery to harvest crops, ensuring minimal waste and maintaining product quality.
- Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and fixing mechanical problems quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record Keeping: Keeping accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any repairs performed.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
Location: Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
