Job Description/Requirements
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years (minimum of 3 years) experience in logistics, preferably in an E-commerce organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Logistics related fields.
- Must be able to direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, and logistics quality management.
- Be able to Plan routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
- Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
- Always ensuring that all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Reconcile daily trip performance reports with the tracking system report.
- Managing drivers and all their related road activities.
- Able to manage the repair and coordinate with maintenance on all logistics equipment
Skills:
- Strong skills in the usage of Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent analysis and interpretive skills with high attention to detail.
- Well organized and a prolific multi-tasker.
- Flexible and adaptable,
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
