Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

Planning & Coordination

• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of goods.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Transportation Management

• Plan and monitor the transportation of goods locally and internationally.
• Negotiate with transport companies to secure cost-effective and reliable services.

Supplier & Customer Relations

• Maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee import/export documentation, permits, and licenses.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Manage logistics budgets and control expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within supply chain processes.

Team Management

• Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse workers.
• Provide training and support to improve efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
