As a Location Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our lounge operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding food & beverage/ entertainment experiences to our valued guests.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily management operations to achieve the weekly target of the lounge.
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Establishing customer service standards.
- Soliciting feedback from customers.
- Collaborating to create the menu.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organizing and supervising shifts.
- Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
- Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Minimum of HND
