Loan Officer/Marketer

Responsibilities:

Loan Origination:

• Originate and close loans in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct financial analysis and creditworthiness assessments of potential borrowers
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients

Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships

Sales:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to clients

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and report
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in loan origination and marketing
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including loan programs and regulations
