Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and present appropriate loan products.
- Sales Activities: Maintain consistent sales input activities, including cold calls, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings, to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Loan Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is provided and accurate.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, targets, and outcomes to the sales manager.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed set sales targets consistently to qualify for salary increments and other incentives.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the financial services sector, is a plus.
- Passion for Sales: Strong interest in sales, with the drive to achieve and surpass targets.
