Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carry out pole climbing and conductor stringing
- Fix stays, clamps, and insulators
- Follow sagging and clearance instructions
- Maintain tools and adhere to safety gear use
Requirements:
- At least trade test or practical field experience (2+ years)
- Must be fit to climb and use safety harness
- must know RYB phasing and basic tool usage
- Obedience to command structure and tagging discipline
