Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
● Technical Expertise:
○ Deliver exceptional hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
○ Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
○ Provide advanced hair styling services to clients.
○ Train and mentor junior stylists on technical skills and best practices.
● Team Management:
○ Oversee the daily operations of the styling team, including scheduling and workload
management.
○ Assign clients to stylists based on their expertise and client preferences.
○ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to stylists.
○ Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to styling services.
○ Ensure adherence to salon standards and policies.
● Client Satisfaction:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
○ Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
○ Offer personalized hair consultations and recommendations.
○ Handle client inquiries and feedback effectively.
● Business Development:
○ Contribute to the development of new hair services and treatments.
○ Assist in marketing and promotional activities for the salon.
○ Build relationships with industry professionals and suppliers.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
● Strong technical skills in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
● Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
● Leadership and team management abilities.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Hairdressing certification or diploma.
● Experience in salon management.
