Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Remote)

Location: Remote — open to candidates based in India or Pakistan

About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as Market Research Analysts. In this role, you will help identify, engage, and qualify professionals for ongoing client research projects. This position is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented individuals looking to build their research, sourcing, and communication skills while working remotely.

Compensation

Monthly compensation based on performance and the number of successful submissions

Additional incentives for meeting or exceeding project milestones

The full compensation structure will be shared during the selection process

Working Hours

9-hour shift (including a 2-hour break)

Must be available during UK business hours

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to industry professionals via approved communication platforms (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Screen and qualify experts based on project-specific criteria

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain data accuracy

Maintain structured records of outreach and engagement

Requirements

6 months–2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation

Premium LinkedIn profile preferred

Reliable internet connection and a personal computer

Fresh graduates with relevant internships or skills are encouraged to apply
