Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential prospects through online channels, databases, and networking.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns using email, social media, and digital marketing tools.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they are sales-ready.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM Tools, or Sales will be an advantage.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email campaigns, social media, SEO).
- Good data analysis and reporting skills using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research and accurately identify potential leads.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
