Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to generate leads and drive customer acquisition by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with the ability to leverage digital marketing tools, CRM software, and lead generation strategies to achieve measurable

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential prospects through online channels, databases, and networking.
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns using email, social media, and digital marketing tools.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they are sales-ready.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
  • Continuously optimize strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM Tools, or Sales will be an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales, or digital marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email campaigns, social media, SEO).
  • Good data analysis and reporting skills using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to research and accurately identify potential leads.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
