Job Description/Requirements
- Design and launch campaigns that generate qualified leads across paid and organic channels, targeting 20–30% lead growth in the first 6 months.
- Create compelling content (short-form videos, reels, ad copy, and email flows) that drives engagement and conversions.
- Build and optimize landing pages and email automations to improve conversion rates by at least 15%.
- Collaborate with creatives, videographers, and external partners to deliver 2+ high-performing campaigns per quarter
- Grow and manage our social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a goal of 10–15% quarterly engagement growth.
- Present campaign insights weekly (not just what worked, but why) with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Grow our email subscriber base by 5,000+ in the first year.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- BSc. in Marketing or a related field of study
