Role Description
This is a full-time On-site position role. (NYSC Intern preferred)
The intern will assist with legal document preparation, research on corporate and intellectual property law, and support matters related to governance, cross-border market expansion, and regulatory compliance. The intern will gain hands-on experience working closely with the firm's leadership team, contributing to projects that require nuanced decision-making and strategic execution in a dynamic legal landscape.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and foundational understanding of Law and working within Law Firms
- Experience or academic exposure to Legal Document Preparation and Intellectual Property
- Basic understanding of Corporate Law and its practical applications
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in cross-border transaction
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B)
