Job Summary
The Lash Technician is responsible for providing high-quality lash extension services to clients. This includes performing lash application, fills, and removals, as well as providing aftercare advice. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform lash extensions, fills, and removals following the company standards and safety protocols
- Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend appropriate styles and lengths
- Prepare the lash bed and apply lashes using proper techniques
- Advise clients on lash aftercare and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
- Order and maintain lash extension supplies
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on the latest lash extension techniques and trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the lash extension industry
- Proven ability to create a variety of lash styles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current lash extension certification (preferred)
