Job Summary

Our client, a prominent online restaurant, urgently seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to deliver top-notch customer service and satisfaction, driving the restaurant’s reputation and profitability. This role is ideal for a passionate and creative professional who understands the online dining landscape and can adapt to a dynamic marketplace. The successful candidate will work closely with the owners and staff to shape an outstanding customer experience and elevate the restaurant’s online presence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:  

  • Train and supervise kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards.  
  • Promote and market the business through online customer engagement and creative social media content. 
  • Manage inventory and oversee stock levels to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage. 
  • Address and resolve online customer inquiries and complaints via Instagram and WhatsApp. 
  • Compile and present sales reports to inform business strategy. 
  • Maintain financial and statistical records to monitor business health. 
  • Improve business processes to enhance restaurant growth and profitability. 
  • Handle all administrative tasks and paperwork. 
  • Build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers to foster a collaborative environment.


Requirements:  

  • A degree or HND in Business Studies, Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields. 
  • Strong customer service skills, commercial awareness, and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficient in teamwork and online marketing tools for targeted outreach.
